I moved here in 1998 from Florida. We came up here on vacation and fell in love with this beautiful area. We wanted our kids to attend a smaller school so that they would get personal attention and a good education, so we decided to move here. It was a great decision. We could not have been happier with our choice of Oconee county schools. 

I have been in the real estate industry for over 10 years. I actually learned the business from the back end. I worked for a real estate company as a closing coordinator. My job was to take over the clients once they had a property under contract. At that point, I would set up all inspections, work with the lenders and set up the closings with the attorneys to ensure my clients had a smooth and successful closing. My clients were so happy to be moving in to a new home or their first home. It was incredibly rewarding to have been part of that process. After doing that job for over a year, I decided that I wanted to be involved in the entire real estate buying/selling process for my clients. I then got my real estate license and have never looked back. I have truly been blessed with a job that I love!
